The horizontal circumferential seam welding machine for pipe flange is applied to the circumferential seam of flange with high efficiency. 采用三軸數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，焊槍過程中的三軸聯(lián)動，控制焊槍走出相應(yīng)軌跡。焊槍電流及電壓可預(yù)存及分段調(diào)用 。采用PLC控制整機(jī)運(yùn)行，控制焊槍氣動進(jìn)給，工件晃動裝及規(guī)范切換等。焊槍移動通過交流伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動滾珠絲桿實(shí)現(xiàn)，由直線導(dǎo)軌導(dǎo)向。焊縫變形小，焊縫牢固。

The three-axis CNC system is used to control the welding gun to go out of the corresponding track. Welding torch current and voltage can be pre stored and called in sections. PLC is used to control the operation of the whole machine, control the pneumatic feed of welding gun, workpiece shaking, loading and standard switching, etc. The movement of the welding gun is realized by the ball screw driven by the AC servo motor and guided by the linear guide rail. The weld deformation is small and the weld is firm.

焊接機(jī)采用臥式結(jié)構(gòu)，主要由床頭箱有回轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動電機(jī)，氣動尾座，焊槍移動機(jī)構(gòu)，焊槍微調(diào)調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)和焊槍氣動升降機(jī)構(gòu)，電氣控制系統(tǒng)等構(gòu)成。床身對整套設(shè)備及工件起支承，連接作用。床頭箱機(jī)架為箱形結(jié)構(gòu)件，采用型材及鋼板等焊接后退火處理，再進(jìn)行精加工，保證床頭箱及氣動尾座重合，具有重量輕，強(qiáng)度高，剛度大，穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)勢。
