焊接過程中機器人系統(tǒng)常見的故障

(1)出現(xiàn)焊偏問題:可能為焊接的位置不正確或焊槍尋找時出現(xiàn)問題。這時要考慮焊槍中心點位置是否準(zhǔn)確,并加以調(diào)整。如果頻繁出現(xiàn)這種情況就要檢査一下機器人各軸的零位置,重新校準(zhǔn)予以修正。
(1) Welding deviation issue: It may be due to incorrect welding position or problems with the welding gun during searching. At this point, it is necessary to consider whether the center point of the welding gun is accurate and adjust it accordingly. If this situation occurs frequently, it is necessary to check the zero position of each axis of the robot, recalibrate and correct it.
(2)出現(xiàn)咬邊問題:可能為焊接參數(shù)選擇不當(dāng)、焊槍角度或焊槍位置不對,可適當(dāng)調(diào)整
(2) Edge biting problem: It may be due to improper selection of welding parameters, incorrect welding gun angle or position, which can be adjusted appropriately
(3)出現(xiàn)氣孔問題:可能為氣體保護差、工件的底漆太厚或者保護氣不夠干燥,進行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整就可以處理。
(3) Blowhole problem: It may be due to poor gas protection, too thick primer on the workpiece, or insufficient drying of the protective gas. Corresponding adjustments can be made to deal with it.
(4)飛濺過多問題:可能為焊接參數(shù)選擇不當(dāng)、氣體組分原因或焊絲外伸長度太長,可適當(dāng)調(diào)整機器功率的大小來改變焊接參數(shù),調(diào)節(jié)氣體配比儀來調(diào)整混合氣體比例,調(diào)整槍與工件的相對位置。
(4) Excessive splashing problem: It may be due to improper selection of welding parameters, gas composition reasons, or excessive extension length of welding wire. The machine power can be adjusted appropriately to change the welding parameters, the gas proportioner can be adjusted to adjust the mixed gas ratio, and the relative position between the gun and the workpiece can be adjusted.
